Projektvorstellung Casa Roggio und Vortrag von Mario Cravallo: ›Den roten Frühling erobern‹. Über die Geschichte antifaschistischer Bewegungen in Italien

Gegen Ende des Zweiten Weltkriegs formierte sich in Italien eine breitere antifaschistische Bewegung gegen die Besatzung durch die Nationalsozialisten.Im April 1945 war die Resistenza die zweitgrößte Partisanenbewegung nach derjenigen in Jugoslawien. Die kommunistischen Verbände stellten den größten Teil dieser Bewegung – aber die Resistenza war keineswegs einheitlich. Mythos und Streit um das Erbe der Partisanen prägten dann auch die italienische Nackriegsordnung. / Vortrag von Mario Cravallo, studierter Historiker, gewerkschaftlich aktiv und interessiert an italienischer Bewegungsgeschichte. Außerdem begeisterter Leser und Herausgeber grauer Literatur.

Der Abend wird organisiert vom Collettivo Casa Roggio, das einen Ort politischen Bildung und Erholung im italienischen Ligurien erhalten und entwickeln möchte. Das Projekt wird vorgestellt. Außerdem gibt es Aperitifo, kalte Getränke und Pasta.

Essen und Getränke ab 20:00 Uhr, Projektvorstellung und Vortrag beginnen um 20:30 Uhr.

Casa Roggio project presentation and guest talk by Mario Cravallo: ›Conquering the Red Spring.‹ On the history of anti-fascist movements in Italy

Towards the end of World War II, a broad anti-fascist movement formed in Italy against the Nazi occupation. By April 1945, the Resistenza was the second largest partisan movement after that in Yugoslavia. Communist groups made up the largest part of this movement — but the Resistenza was by no means uniform. Myths and disputes about the legacy of the partisans then shaped the Italian post-war order. / Talk by Mario Cravallo, a historian by degree, trade union activist, and enthusiast of Italian social movement history. He is also an avid reader and publisher of gray literature.

The evening is organized by Collettivo Casa Roggio, which aims to preserve and develop a place for political education and leisure in Liguria, Italy. The project will be presented. There will also be aperitifs, cold drinks, and pasta.

Food and drinks will be served from 8:00 p.m., and the project presentation and talk (both in German) will begin at 8:30 p.m.
