Donauwörth Polizeiangriff: Nächste Prozesstermine 23., 28. und 30. August in Augsburg

August in Augsburg statt.

Termine: 23. August um 11:30 Uhr, Fortsetzung möglicherweise am 28. und 30. August, jeweils um 10 Uhr.

Donauwörth police attack – Court proceedings continue on August 23, 28 and 30 in Augsburg

The hearings against refugees victimised by the massive police raid in Donauwörth in March 2018, continue on August 23, and possibly also on August 28 and 30. Two Gambian refugees will be challenging the dubious accusations against them at the appeal court (Berufungsverfahren). On November 7, 2018 the Augsburg local court had decided to maintain the unjust penalty orders against them.

We are calling on activists and friends to show their solidarity with Ebrima B. and Bubacar F. and come to observe this state legitimation of police violence against refugees. Stop the politically motivated criminalisation of refugees in Bavaria and elsewhere in Germany! All accused and sentenced refugees are to be acquitted in the Donauwörth case and in other cases connected to raids elsewhere in Germany.

Come to court: Landgericht Augsburg, Gögginger Str. 101, 86199 Augsburg

Hearings: August 23rd at 11:30 am, possibly continuing on August 28th and 30th at 10 am.
